Pricing:

All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rate
Post & packing is an additional combined charge and VAT will be added.

Orders & Guarantee:

Orders received before 2.00pm will be despatched the following working day, subject to availability. Your Sloe products should reach you within 2-5 days (subject to weekends & Public holidays) and are despatched by standard Royal Mail post or courier.
We want you to receive your products in perfect condition, we therefore reserve the right to delay posting in hot weather as the high ambient temperatures may cause the chocolates to melt. Where we cannot despatched orders within our published timescale, you will be notified by email/telephone/fax with the reason for the delay and a new despatched date. You may then either accept the new despatch date or cancel your order.
We guarantee that all our Sloe products are hand made using only the finest ingredients and to the highest standards of hygiene and production.

No person under the age of 18 can purchase or receive liqueur. By placing an order you confirm that you and/or the receiver are at least 18 years of age. We reserve the right to refuse any order without reason. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Returns Policy

Your products should reach you in perfect condition, however if you are in any way dissatisfied with your products you must notify us within 7 days of order date and return them to us with 14 days of purchase. We will happily either exchange your products or offer you a full refund.
Our goods are perishable and we cannot accept applications for returns that do not comply with the terms set out above. Refunds will be issued by cheque within 48 hours of receipt of returned goods. If goods are returned late or are lost in the post we reserve the right to refuse refund applications. It is advisable to obtain a proof of posting when returning goods. In any event returns are the responsibility of the purchaser and costs incurred will be met by the purchaser.
We hope you will be highly satisfied with your purchase; however should you be unhappy with any of our products or our standard of service please contact our farm office on telephone 01653 658000. We will endeavour to acknowledge all complaints within five working days and to keep you informed throughout the process. If at any time you feel that your issue is not being dealt with effectively, please let us know.


Credit Card Security

All financial information is processed through an SSL secure server. You only need to provide the information necessary for the credit card transaction. We guarantee to remove your personal and credit card information from the Server within 24 hours.
Credit card transactions are processed by WorldPay Ltd., and will be paid into the Yorkshire Bank account of Sloe Motion Limited, which is the name that will appear on your Credit Card statement.
