When our DAMSON Gin is ready we don’t waste those gorgeous infused drupes!
We take the enriched damsons (after removing the stones!) and gently cook them with other fruits and vegetables finishing the mix with a carefully selected blend of spices to create a tasty chutney experience.
DAMSON Chutney is a classic chutney with plummy fruits and authentic Christmas spices, it tastes great with strong cheeses such as Yorkshire Blue, Stilton, Mature Cheddar, or gamey meats and sausages.
