25ml Hedgerow Gin
50ml Sloemotion Sloe Gin or Cherry Brandy
1/2 Lemon Juice
1/4 Lime Juice
1 Egg White (optional)
Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice, shake, then strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
Use a traditional Panna cotta recipe.
Method for the compote
Mix all compote ingredients and leave over night to infuse.
8 gelatine leaves
100ml Sloemotion Sloe Gin
1 ltr cranberry juice and cloudy apple juice mixed together – amounts to suit your taste
Juice of 1 lemon
Gold edible glitter
First Soak the gelatine leaves in cold water for five minutes, meanwhile mix the sloe gin and the cranberry juice/apple juice mixture and lemon juice in a large jug, heat about 100ml of this liquid gently in a pan. Then squeeze the water out of the gelatine leaves and stir them into the warm liquid. When the leaves have completely dissolved, stir the warm liquid into the rest of the gin mixture. Sprinkle the glitter into the liquid. Pour into approx. 8-10 glasses and leave to cool.
50ml Hedgerow Gin with Rhubarb & Raspberry
100ml Premium Ginger Beer
Slices of Fresh LimeMETHOD
Fill coppa glass with ice, add 50ml Hedgerow Gin with Rhubarb & Raspberry, top with premium ginger beer, garnish with a slices of fresh lime.
Simply heat (do not boil) a measure of Sloe Ruby up in a pan and enjoy.

100ml Premium Elderflower Tonic
Sprig of Mint
Handful of RaspberriesMETHOD
Fill coppa glass with ice, add 50ml Hedgerow Gin Rhubarb & Raspberry, top with premium Elderflower tonic, garnish with a sprig of mint & a handful of Raspberries.
50ml Hedgerow Botanical Vodka
100ml Premium Mediterranean Tonic
Sprig of Mint
Slice of LemonMETHOD
Fill coppa glass with ice, add 50ml Hedgerow Botanical Vodka, top with premium original tonic, garnish with a sprig of mint and a slice of lemon
25ml Hedgerow Gin with Rhubarb & Raspberry
75ml Sparkling Elderflower
Add 25ml Hedgerow Gin Rhubarb & Raspberry to Glass
Top up with 75ml Sparkling Elderflower
Finish with 50ml Prosecco
Garnish with Sprig of Thyme & fresh Rhubarb
Shake all ingredients except apple juice in a cocktail shaker with lots of ice, strain in to a hi-ball glass with plenty of ice, top up with the apple juice and garnish with a mint sprig (optional)
