Sloe Sidecar

INGREDIENTS
  • 50ml Sloemotion Sloe Brandy
  • Juice ½ lemon
  • 25ml Cointreau
  • Sugar (for glass) white
METHOD

Cover a saucer with the sugar. Run a lemon wedge around the rim of an old-fashioned glass and dip the glass in to the sugar for a sugar rim. Put the juice of ½ lemon, the Sloe Brandy and the Cointreau in to a Boston glass with lots of ice and shake. Strain in to the sugar rimmed glass over ice. Garnish with frozen lemon slices.
