Our chocolatiers take the enriched fruit (after removing the stones), blend it with a delicious ganache and then roll it in luxurious dark Belgian Chocolate (minimum 56% cocoa solids) to create a unique truffle experience.
Enjoy the truffles as an after-dinner treat, or as an indulgent accompaniment to your morning coffee.
