We use only the finest quality London gin from the last true distiller and bottler in London – Thames Distillers Ltd - and a high proportion of sloes to achieve a full fruity flavour. The only difference from the way you’d make it at home is the size of our tanks.
The high concentration of fruit to gin results in a sweet and fruity liqueur, tasting predominantly of aromatic cherry from the sloe, a hint of almond from the stone, with a dry finish from the gin and a strong warming glow.
