We use a good quality three year old blended Scottish whisky as the base spirit for this product. It comes from an old family recipe and stands the test of time. At shows SLOE Whisky regularly out sells the other products on taste alone, certainly the judges of the Great Taste Awards would agree, awarding it two gold stars in 2009.
