Pricing:
All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rate
Postage & packing is an additional combined charge and VAT will be added.(please scroll down for further details on delivery charges
Orders & Guarantee:
Orders received before 2.00pm will normally be despatched the following working day, subject to availability. Your Sloe products should reach you within 2-5 working days and are despatched by standard Royal Mail post or courier.
We want you to receive your SLOEmotion products in perfect condition: we therefore reserve the right to delay posting in hot weather as the high ambient temperatures may cause the truffles to soften. Where we are unable to despatch orders within our published timescale, you will be notified by email/telephone/fax with the reason for the delay and a new despatch date. You may then either accept the new despatch date or cancel your order.
We guarantee that all our Sloe products are hand made using only the finest ingredients and to the highest standards of hygiene and production.
The Ordering of alcoholic drinks is subject to a minimum age requirement i.e. 18 years in the UK and you must therefore confirm that you meet this age requirement before you will be able to proceed with the order. We reserve the right not to supply any such item where we reasonably believe you are below the minimum age. We reserve the right to refuse any order without reason. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
Delivery Options and Charges
SLOEmotion offers two different delivery options, standard delivery and 24hr delivery,see below for details.
Standard deliveries
There are two routes for standard deliveries depending on the weight of the goods.
Parcels under 2kg
All parcels under 2kg are sent first class by Royal Mail. For example, postage costs for:
1 x box of SLOE Truffles is £1.99
1 x jar of SLOE Chutney is £2.30
1 x 35cl bottle is £4.76
1 x 70cl bottle is £6.57
1 x box of SLOE Truffles and 1 x 35cl bottle is £4.76
Parcels over 2kg
Parcels over 2kg are sent by courier on a 48hr service; this would include any multiple bottle (two or more) order. The more you order the more cost effective the delivery charge (see below for case order discounts).
All parcels over 2kg cost £8.75
Important note. Couriers will generally require a signature at the point of delivery, please bare this in mind when ordering. It is possible to deliver the parcel to another address, such as your place of work. Please complete the delivery address in the appropriate box when placing your order online.
24hr Delivery
It is possible to upgrade delivery to a 24hr service, although this cannot be done on the wesbite. Please call us on 0844 800 1911 between 9.00am and 5.30pm Monday - Friday for more information or send and email to info@sloemotion.com.
All 24 hour parcels (up to 30kg) cost £11.00
Deliveries to Highlands and Channel Islands
Charges for all deliveries (except those made by the royal mail) to the Highlands and Channel Islands may vary, please call us for more information on 0844 800 1911 between 9.00am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday or send us and email to info@sloemotion.com.
Deliveries outside the UK
We can send products anywhere with the EU. If you would like to semd an order for delivery within the EU please call us on 0844 800 1911 between 9.00am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday or send us and email to info@sloemotion.com, as the website cannot apply overseas postage rates
We are sorry to say that deliveries outside the EU are not currently possible, so for example at this moment we cannot send products to North America, Australia or New Zealand.
Orders from outside the UK for delivery within the UK
If you are outside the UK but wanting an order sent to a UK address please contact us on 0044 844 800 1911 between 9.00am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday or send us and email to info@sloemotion.com and we will call you back. The website cannot accept non UK adresses.
Case Orders
We offer discounts on half (6 bottles) and full case orders (12 bottles). If you are planning to order 6 or more bottles, please call us on 0844 800 1911 between 9.00am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday or send us and email to info@sloemotion.com as the website does not apply multiple bottle discounts.
Credit Card Security
All financial information is processed through an SSL secure server. You only need to provide the information necessary for the credit card transaction. We guarantee to remove your personal and credit card information from the Server within 24 hours. Credit card transactions are processed by RBS WorldPay Ltd., and will be paid into the Yorkshire Bank account of SLOEMotion Limited, which is the name that will appear on your Credit Card statement.
